Spring/Summer Teams & Elite invite only Hockey Camp Interest Forms

For 2024 Spring & Summer teams we will have an open enrollment for our all FHA Tournaments that are not AAA or Elite. These teams will be put together based on the info we gather from filling out the interest form below.

For all AAA or Elite Teams, you will fall under the Ohio Selects program and will be asked to either come to tryouts in Cleveland, Ohio, December 28th or 29th. Or submit film to Video@FHAcleveland.com, please be sure to put the players birth year, and current team.

Please note, you DO NOT need to commit to a certain number of tournaments for either the AA open enrollment teams nor the AAA Ohio Selects Program.
