Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

3V3 Summer League

Skills & 3v3 Series

-Fritsche's Hockey Academy This policy applies to all programs offered by the Academy, including tournament teams, summer camps, small group lessons, and private lessons. Cancellation Timeline 45 Days or More Before Program Start Date Cancellations made 45 days or more prior to the start date of the program will receive a full refund. 31–44 Days Before Program Start Date Cancellations made 31 to 44 days prior to the start date will receive a credit to the participant’s online account. Credits may be applied toward any future Academy program and are non-transferable. 0–30 Days Before Program Start Date Cancellations made within 30 days of the program start date are non-refundable and non-creditable. Additional Policies All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Credits issued to an online account do not expire unless otherwise stated. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed sessions once a program has begun. The Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs due to insufficient registration or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or account credit.

FHA 3V3 Summer League

FHA Combine Series

• Refunds will be issued in the form of credit to future FHA programs if canceled within 72 hours of any skills clinics or summer camps. If canceled after 72hrs, no refunds will be given. • Spring and Summer team refunds will be issued back to the payor, granted the participant gives FHA a 3week notice. If there is less than a 3 week notice the payor will not be granted a refund. The Refund for the spring and summer program will be the full price of the tournament cost. The commitment fee is non-refundable. • No-shows or players who leave a camp or league for any reason will not receive refunds or credits. • Dismissal from camp for behavioral reasons will forfeit all amounts paid to date. • If FHA cancels any program for any reason the total purchase price will be refunded via credit card or bank transfer.
