2027 Spring/Summer Teams Interest Forms
For 2027 Spring & Summer teams we will have an open enrollment for our all FHA Tournaments after approval. These teams will be put together based on the info we gather from filling out the interest form below, reviewing video that is sent in or joining us at our ID skate in both Cleveland, Ohio and Pittsburgh, PA over the Holidays.
Please note, you DO NOT need to commit to a certain number of tournaments.
