FHA 3 Day Kickstart Camp
FHA's 3 day Kickstart camp is designed to be an intense half day camp to prepare our athletes for the start of the 2026/27' season.

Birth years: 2012 to 2018
Players will be broken down into groups based on age for both on ice and off ice training

Schedule
9:00am to 9:15am: Drop off
9:20am to 9:35am: Warmup
10am: Skills and Agility
11am: Ice cut, off ice break and snack.
11:15am: Puck battles & puck protection.
12pm: Small area game.
12:20pm: Practice complete.
12:20pm to 12:45pm: Undress, players take a break for lunch. (Please pack your own food and drink)
12:50pm to 1:15pm: Quick feet agility session.
1:20pm to 1:30pm: Player Pick up.
Jerseys
Jerseys are not provided for this camp. For all small area game competition, players will be provided pennies to wear over their jerseys.
