FHA COMBINE & 3V3 SERIES
Join FHA for our 2nd annual Combine and 3v3 Series, which is the perfect after season program for players of all ages. Each player will receive 1 hour of on ice training, off ice strength and agility testing, while finishing up the weekend with a competitive 3v3 half ice tournament. Before the weekends over, each player will receive a detailed report from their testing, showing each players strength and weakness, giving them direction on what to focus on during the offseason. Each player is guaranteed a total of 5 hours of ice for the weekend.
TWO WAYS TO REGISTER
As a Team: A team includes 6 players and 1goalie per team.
TEAM PRICE: $1,575
As a Free Agent: This is an individual registration. There are two free agent teams in each division you may choose to be on while registering, the White or Black team.

PRACTICE
Each age division will start the week with a one hour skills session with the FHA coaching staff. Practice will take place Friday evening.
OFF ICE TESTING
•Grip Strength: Test of hand grip muscle strength, conducted on each hand.
•Standing Long Jump: test of leg power. Record the distance from the jumping line the heel mark in the best of three trials. The measurement is recorded to the nearest quarter inch.
- Vertical Jump: test of leg power. This test was once conducted using a Jump Timing Mat.
- Pull-Ups: measurement of the maximum number of pull ups, using the overhand technique.
• 20 Yard Dash: To measure an athlete’s top speed.
•The 20 yard agility run: A simple measure of an athlete’s ability to accelerate, decelerate, change direction, and to accelerate again.
3V3 TOURNAMENT
•Each team will play 4 games total. 3 round robin games followed by a championship and consolation game.
JERSEYS
Each player, either registered as a free agent or a team, will be given a jersey for the weekend which is theirs to keep.
TOUNRAMENT RULES
•Each game will be three, 15 minute running time periods, with a 3 min warmup and 2 minutes in-between each period.
•Horn will blow every 90 seconds, indicating a line change.
•All penalties will result in a penalty shot.
•Players will Cross Ice from the Blue line and in for round robin. For the championship and consolation games. The games will move to half ice, from the redline and in.
